RATES AND CONDITIONS

We welcome you for 1 night stays or short to medium term stays.

• Are INCLUDED in this price :
  • the use of the appartment as is and fitted as described on the home page
    cable television including major English, French, Italian, Spanish, Turkish,...channels
    wifi connection
    water, gas, electricity
• Are NOT INCLUDED in this price:
  • breakfasts. They can however be ordered.
  • meals. There are however various take-aways or delivery restaurants around, or nice restaurants to go for dinner to. See our offer. There is a grocery store at the street's corner and various supermarkets in the area.
• Arrivals are planned, on appointement between 17 hrs and 21 hrs. The exact arrival time must be confirmed by e-mail or sms the latest 24hrs in advance.
• The apartment must be left before noon (12 hrs) on the departure day.
• The apartment must be left with everything tidy and back into place, including dishes. We will invoice 25 EUR for tidying up in case it has not been done.

• Advances and payments :
  • You will find all this clearly exposed in our rental form.
  • For rentals under one week, 50 % must be paid as a confirmation fee.
  • For rentals over one week, we ask 35 % advance as a confirmation fee, 50 % the latest one week before the planned arrival date and 15 % cash upon arrival.
  • Advance payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal. Costs for the use of PayPal & credit cards are 3,4% of the amount. We charge you the half of that (1,7 %) for each transaction. Thank you for your understanding.
• Deposit :
  • For any rental under one month we ask 75 EUR deposit. This amount will be handed back upon departure after checking the state of the apartment.
  • For rentals of one month and more, one month deposit will be requested upon reservation and will be handed back after departure.
